ZIGS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

"Ziggy" is the owner. He claimed he would fix my existing unit. When he could not, it took weeks to get him on the phone to commit to installing a new one. We decided on a refurbished unit. It continuously leaked, requiring him to come out to repair. It took relentless phone calls and texts for him to come out each time. He NEVER showed up when he said he would. He would be hours late or not show at all. His voicemail box is consistently full, so you cannot leave a message. We paid him in full and have never had a working unit. During our last phone call, he was berating with the following comments; "I cannot reimburse you, as I have a lot of time into this already." My comment - The amount of money we have had to spend on my electric bill using a window air conditioning unit to compensate for your scam FAR outweighs your neglectful work and time spent. "How do you know its out of freon? Are you an AC expert?" My comment - I have had to become well-versed in AC repairs to understand the sub-par work you've done and understand my next options forward. Your work is a scam. "I will only discuss this further with your husband." My comment - It is my home, my name is on the mortgage, and I am the one who PAID you. You will discuss it with me. Note, the last comment was exceptionally sexist and foul. He then hung up on me and will not return any phone calls. I am OUT the full amount I paid him and do not have a working unit. I will add that every time I saw him in person he was extremely dismissive and non-apologetic. He also refused to give me a receipt of any kind, after promising me to email me one for months. This business is a joke and scam.

I have used Zigg's frequently on rental properties and my own residence.  His prices are reasonable and he stands by his work.  Will make emergency calls when necessary without additional fees.

Central A/C did not work. Called Zig who was working in the area. Owner stopped by and diagnosed problem by listening to description. Had part in truck. A/C was working 90 minutes after initial phone call.

Replace 2 Heating units; turns out he and all his employees are felons ( Anton Keller ). It was strange a couple months later units were stolen and witnesses saw him at the property.

went well, the owner did initial bid and design for modification, the tradseman who executed the job was efficient, tidy,punctual and overall very professional, good value, and fairly priced.

The serviceman was professional, intelligent and quickly got to the bottom of the problem. He got the furnace back on and the price was very fair. I give them major credit for being honest and trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again.

He was a smaller company.  He showed up without telling me.  I saw his truck outside, and the next thing you know he was working in the basement. I had other workers at the house, so the door was open, but I thought he could at least tell me he was here. It wasn't that big of a deal though.

Fine but could have been more attentive and responsive.

They did work for my brother and I was very satisfied with them. They were very professional, did a good job and did it fairly speedily so we were very happy because we had catastrophic failure and we needed it right away. The price was reasonable; it actually turned out to be fine. The work was done within a day like almost a full day. I looked in other places and they were definitely competitive.

They did a good job with the install when I finally got them there. Service after the sale is somewhat difficult.

He listened exactly what the problem was and he took the time to figure out the problem. He was very courteous and was able to get out to my home that same day or the very next.
