We had a leak that was running down into our kitchen ceiling from the second floor shower area. It didn't take him long to find the spot where the leak was happening. It was stemming from the faucet knobs, the material behind the knobs that was supposed to prevent leaking was very old and had deteriorated so it was allowing the water to run through the walls and into the kitchen ceiling. He replaced the material in the wall to stop the leak.

Service tech was told not to leave without collecting for the call, but that was the last we heard from them.  Service tech seemed knowledgeable and honest.  We will be calling other firms to replace the furnace later this spring.

It went very well. Everything worked out alright. It seemed expensive, but it seems like a good water heater and it saved them from  having to make two separate trip and everything. They were very cooperative with everything considering I didn't know exactly when things are going to happen. He took care of everything.

Pipes (horizontal) running under our floor from the 2nd floor kitchen sink drain were very old, rusty, and had developed holes which flooded our 1st floor kitchen. Zien plumbing came and diagnosed the problem on the same day I called and were able to come the next morning and fix it. Holes were cut into our hardwood floor (they plumber took care to make exact careful cuts so that we would be able to save the wood and have the hole repaired) and into the lath and plaster wall (again, taking care as to salvage the materials for repair). The plumbing work took about 5 hours. The service man was professional, respectful, and very careful with our property.

He first only made a couple of holes in the walls so he could put a camera in. He found the leak and made a couple of other holes to fix it. He did what he could in order to not disrupt my house. I was impressed with how careful he was in protecting my home and things but still able to find the leak and fix it. He was very professional all three times he came to the house. I have had no problems with the leak since.

Zeins was subcontracted by Mcdermott who was subcontracted by Home Depot. The scheduling to get the plumber out was a disaster and they were a day late. I honestly don't think that it was Zeins that was to blame, but on the second day of waiting, Zeins did state someone would be there in 30 minutes and 3 hours later they showed up.
The installer did a good job. Was fast, efficient, courteous, cheerful and very clean. Based on my experience, I'd probably give them a second shot as I think Zeins got mixed up in the mess created by Home Depot and McDermott as much as we did.

Fair contract price.  Excellent experience with Zien during a difficult kitchen remodel.

We called them and they called back within a few hours. They said they would come over the next day. They called the next morning indicating that they would be later then they had originally said. The sump pump was sealed so he had to take off the cover. Replaced the sump pump and tested it to make sure it works. Gave us some advice on what other issues might be causing us to get water in our basement. Very professional and helpful. The price was hire then we anticipated but we did not get any bids so have nothing to compare it with.

Zien did a great job. They are not the cheapest contractor but are very knowledgeable and will do a good job. They have a large enough staff to provide prompt service at any time, and will return to take care of any lingering details.

I didn?t have any problems or difficulties with them. I?ve dealt with some rip-off plumbing companies and this is not one of them; they are honest and they do what they say they are going to do.

The company responded promptly, arrived at the designated time, and preformed the agreed upon work at a reasonable price. The service technician was courteous and helpful He explained what he was doing and resolved the problem.

They have very good service. They are very knowledgeable and timely. He also didnt charge anything extra to take away the old water heater.

I described it as precisely as could over the phone. The serviceman that came out was able to tighten a valve and solve the problem. He did not charge me for simply tightening the valve. I will certainly call them if I have any other problems.

Terrible. The AC would not start. The service tech looked at the unit and said I needed a new contact switch. He also said I might need a new capacitor, but he didn't have one with him. So he just installed the contact switch. I was charged for 1/2 hour of travel time, 1.5 hours of work, plus the parts. The unit started and cooled for about half a day, then failed completely. I called Zien again on Saturday morning and they guessed that it might be the compressor. But they didn't have anyone available to come out. So I called Seider and they came out (on Saturday) promptly. Checked the unit, determined that the capacitor had failed, replaced it, and then discovered that the blower fan was failing. Replaced that too and the unit is now working perfectly. I will no longer use Zien; rather, I'll use Seider. Excellent service, tech was very thorough.

Excellent. With both jobs responded quickly to first phone call. Worked us into schedule ASAP. Plumber, Jim Hacker, was exceptionally professional. Both jobs went well with no surprises.

They called ahead, the came when they said they were going to. They were very efficient and the workmen, Thomas got the job done promptly. They also asked if there was anything else I needed and he took care of that also.

THEY CAME AS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN TIMELY FASHION. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THIS SERVICE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

PLUMBER WAS VERY COMPETENT AND EFFICIENT. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND WAS WELL PREPARED. ZIEN IS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT WORTH IT.

THEY CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TIME.

THEY WERE CLOSE BY AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY DEPENDABLE.
