I have been seeing Dave Ziegler for over 10 years. The only negative is cost. The staff is friendly and helpful. The setting is very comfortable. The quality of the care is excellent and the products sold are high quality. I have very difficult eyes to fit in terms of needing correction for far and near sight, complicated by needing and quot;mid-sightand quot; for computer work. Dr. Ziegler sticks with it until solutions are found, regardless of the time it takes or the number of lenses that are tried. I wouldn't consider gong elswhere for contact lens exams.

Very professional staff that keeps up on latest technology. I felt confident an accurate assessment was conducted of my eye condition and appropriate corrective lenses were designed for my needs.

They were easy to make an appointment with. They were an up scale place. It was a very pleasant environment to wait in. I did not have to wait very long. It was a comfortable experience. The doctor and staff were very nice. I had to go back a couple of times to get my glasses adjusted and there was no wait for that. It was a good experience overall. They were a little pricey.

Exams are thorough and accurate. I've never had difficulty with the glasses I've gotten here, but I do sometimes have problems with contact lenses. He is willing to work with me until I find a brand and/or prescription that works.

Check up went well, it was determined that a new pair of glasses was required. I was refered to other office attendents that took care of the billing and glasses if they are needed. Nothing unusual about this. I informed them that i did not have any insurance coverage. This was not an issue for them. Knowing that, they said they woul submit it to my health insurance and they may cover part of the expences. They proceded to get my information for my lenses. This is all routine, where they get you is they know that your funds limited and they push the most expensive lenses and frames at you. When the smoke cleared I was into them for almost $900.00 dollars. My recomendation is that this clinic is way over priced. My wife used to see Dr. Ziegler also, since because of my expierience she has gone elsware and recieved a very extensive examination and new replacement glasses at 1/3rd the cost with the so called expensive Crizal lenses that Dr Zieglers office charged me $495.00 for. Bottom line is, even though Dr. Ziegler's services are good, you can do better else where just as well.

They are professional. They take their time. We've been going there for about six years. We have always been very pleased with the exam process. We are also pleased with the accuracy of the glasses. If we have something that needs to be adjusted, they are always available. If we have needed same-day eye appointments, they have gotten us in immediately. It's a top notch place.

I have been going to him for a long time. He has a nice office. I have already taken people to him. He is personable and he has a good sense of humor.

The business is professional yet very friendly and helpful. They will work with you to help find glass frames that will look good on you and describe the different type of lens packages as far as tint, coatings, etc. I also need a separate type of exam and fitting for my contact lenses. If there is a new type of lens on the market, such as bifocal lenses, they will work with me to try them out. There is always a 30 day guarantee, so that if a specific lens is not right I do not have to pay for them. At one point I had 3 different type to try and decide what worked best for me.
