Brad and Zen Windows were great to work with throughout the entire process. They're very knowledge, accessible, straight-forward folks. We love the appearance, performance, functionality of our 15 replacement windows (Nirvana - Soft-Lite Classic). The pricing was very competitive with other similar sized outfits but a much better value than the larger ones (same quality of product and installation but lower price). Great experience overall and would definitely recommend.

This is a following up review. We asked Brad installing windows in our house at 2014, 2015, and 2018. It becomes a 3 stages project and replaced more than 30 windows in total. They must be good so I keep coming back to them for windows. All the works are done professionally and fast. If there's anyone wants to have a window project, I will tell them go to call Zen Windows.

Zen contacted me promptly, gave me a quote, and set up an installation date. Replacement for 4 windows took about 5 hours without problems and crew cleaned up well. Windows work well and I can now see outside.

I took bids from four vendors. The first two, from old names, insisted on a two hour presentation in which wife was present. I made apologies for my wife since she is more than happy to leave home restorations to me. Both of those two pushed very hard, offering discounts if I paid immediately. They did not encourage us to see any more bids, or in fact to do due diligence. The other two bidders, one of which was Zen, avoided the long sales pitch entirely and wrote me a prompt and decent offer, both significantly below the first two. As Brad delivered him his, he encouraged us to get several bids, and he hoped the quality he offered at his price would in the end attract my business. It did. I chose to go with Brad at Zen because I believe the combination of price and quality of the window offered was the best of the bids I had. The windows are called Lotus at Zen, the Soft-Lite Pro Series windows. I had heard of them before from a friend, and am even more impressed after living with them for several weeks. We saw cautions on the web that vinyl windows generally do not make as much difference in sound deadening as some expect. These, however, really do make it noticeably quieter upstairs, a tribute to the soundness of these heavy three pane Pro-Series in comparison to the old windows we had before. We love them, and expect they will last a long time. The installers had the job done in a day, fitted everything perfectly, and did a very professional job on the caulking, using the best. Very professional, and pleasant to have around for the day. No problems developed, and no re-visits were needed. When asked by friends I tell them not to even bother with the companies that insist on a long presentation, or ask that the spouse be there. Both are signs you are about to have a hard sell rather than an easy and mutually respectful interaction. I also tell them that one of their bids should come from Brad at Zen. I suspect he will win their appreciation, as he did mine.

Zen Windows had the best customer service I have ever received. They returned my calls timely. Always made sure I was informed. Asked what would be the best time for me and did it on a Saturday. They introduced all the workers to me. Cleaned up after themselves. Made sure I knew how to work the windows. About an hour after the service was done the owner called me to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them and plan on using them again. My windows are great and the reduction of sound in my bedroom is amazing.

They did a great job replacing my old sliding glass door. We chose a triple pane all white sliding glass door with toe lock. Brad was extremely easy to work with. No pressure sales and quick response. Tim came and verified the door size it took 6 weeks for the door to arrive, but once it did they came that same week to install. Tim and his helper were extremely polite and explained to me what they were going to do. Ran into one issue with the floor, but Tim was creative and corrected the issue. I highly recommend Zen windows to anyone!

I was extremely satisfied. They were very accommodating, and the service was good. Brad, the owner, was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. The installers were extremely efficient. I would recommend them.

Zen not only lived up to all their promises; they also met all our expectations. Beginning with the sales / business contact with Brad, to Tim's install crew, the project was delivered with quality, on time, on budget and in a professional manner with absolutely no hassles. Just as my son, Steve, recommended Zen to me ..... I will be recommending this company to all my family, neighbors and friends. Oh yes, Tim's install crew really went out of their way to protect and maintain our adjacent personal property. Clean-up was also well done.

Fabulous! Brad (the owner) was very helpful and went out of his way to help us make a good decision and answer all of our questions. The windows are terrific! The price was well below other comparable companies while the quality and ease of use is excellent! Tim and his son Andy (the installers) were very professional, polite, friendly and "appropriate" while working (their music was played on a lower setting, they acted professionally and were overall very helpful, educating us on the product and the process of installation). Everything we read about them on Angie's list was spot on. I would highly recommend Zen windows (the product, the company and the installers).

It went very well. The door was not an standardize, and the were able to accommodate that. It was a little over sized. They came in and measured. When they got it in, it didn't take them long to put it in.

I was very pleased to hire Zen windows to replace my windows. It was a no hassle experience working with Brad. He quoted me a price and time that the windows would be installed and everything happened exactly as he promised. Very reputable and honest company to do business with unlike so many window installers that quote you one price and try to charge for extras. Would feel good recommending Zen windows to anyone that needed new windows.

The quote, which I tweaked a bit as it went along, was lightning-fast by e-mail. Brad was pleasant and responsive and answered my questions fully. It took a few days and contacts to get Tim, the installer, to schedule a measurement visit, which he rescheduled once, but that went well and he brought helpful color samples and answered my questions pleasantly and professionally. Once the windows were ordered, however, several weeks more than the 4-week timeline I was given passed without any contact. I finally e-mailed Brad, who answered immediately and apologized for not letting me know that the windows had already arrived. He scheduled the installation for the following weekend and it went beautifully. The windows are very nice, and carefully fitted, sealed and insulated by Tim and his assistant, who clearly both know what they are doing and care enough to do it right. I had an initial moment of disappointment because my painted windows apparently don't have sliding screen even though they are double-hung (?) and I had planned to open them from the top to keep the cat from scratching them. However, Tim did a hack so that the screens were on top, which was very much appreciated. Overall I'm pleased with the product, price and service and would certainly use Zen again and recommend the company to others. (In fact, I'm planning on both.)

The installation was complete in 3 hours and the guys cleaned up after themselves.

Brad Blavat at Zen Windows is wonderful to work with. The installers Tim and Eric did a great job. The entire process went smoothly even though we had to go through the process with the condo management company to get everything approved. Zen is efficient, prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a repeat customer should the need arise.

We found this place after considering several higher priced well known window companies in the area for two windows in our home. They were much less expensive than other top companies, but the window quality was just as good (we chose the best quality slider window, and a garden window which only came in one kind). Windows had all the bells and whistles of other top brands, with no hassles of hours of in home presentations. Email communication was prompt and easy with Brad. He sent us info about the company and the windows and several quotes for different options. A couple guys came out once to measure the windows, and then a few weeks later they were back to install. Work was fast and they cleaned up before they left. You will not be disappointed! Would definitely use them again!

From the initial contact until the job was done, Brad provided A-1 service. He responded promptly to our quote request and provided us with a number of options for windows. His project manager stopped by to take measurements within a week and a quote was proved within a day. Window installation was done within a month. The crew was on time, personable and hard working. The job was performed quickly and without any issues. We are so pleased with our new windows and the outstanding work. Everything was cleaned up neatly after the work was done. Would recommend ZenWindows with an A+++ rating!

It went great, from start to finish.  I wanted to have 5 windows installed. I called him & spoke with Brad. He emailed me the quote within 5 minutes. Then he had setup an appointment for the measurement. once the windows came in, he emailed me & setup for installation.  It was a nice day for installation. They arrived & got started right away, They did all the frame work on the outside.  within 4 hours they were done. They cleaned up & asked us how it looked. It looked great. I would recommend them to everyone.

One of the 5 windows was defective, so we had to wait for a new one to be ordered.  New window was installed shortly before closing on the sale of the property.  Window warranty transfer was made to new owner with absolutely no problem.  After a short time a hairline crack appeared in the top corner of this same window.  New owner notified Zen about the hairline crack, and waited quite awhile for custom window replacement, but was so pleased with the service and replacement, the wait time was forgotten and new owner was completely satisfied and recommended that I (previous owner) report that Zen's service was excellent.  I am happy to report so!

As soon as I talked to Brad on the phone I knew I wanted Zen to do our windows. Wonderful company to work with. They did everything they said they would when they said they would. Brad didn't try to sell us anything. He was very straight with us and that's what I like about Zen!!

A++++++ all the way. Brad and Tim were a pleasure to work with. I will be going back to Zen in the future to finish replacing the remaining Windows and doors. They showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Wouldn't change a thing and the overall result was above and beyond what we expected. They did an exceptional job. I would recommend Zen anyone.
