We had our condo on the market and then took it off because it was not selling. A few months later Karen approached us saying that she had a buyer who wanted to get into our building and was wondering if we were still interested in selling. We got our previous asking price because Karen was very firm with the seller telling them we would not accept anything less, we had an offer three days after Karen contacted us. Because we were so impressed with her we used her to help us find a new house. The house we found was a foreclosure and therefore required a lot more work on Karen's part. She was GREAT! She was very professional and always did what we asked and fast...if she couldn't find out the answers to all of our questions right away she kept at it. Even when I thought she was probably getting sick of our constant questions she hanged in there and we were incredibly happy with her.
