Chris squeezed us into his busy schedule to do repairs needed before the sale of our house.  He knew exactly what to do and started work immediately.  He was meticulous, conscientious, and professional.  His quote was left than half what another roofer quoted, and I didn't get shamed about what a small job I had.  I can comfortably recommend him.  He was an excellent 'find'.

Being a single homeowner, Chris Kamine came to me through a friend's recommendation. Water was dripping into my family room through a beam that connected a room addition. Chris wasted no time in coming to assess the problem and give me a fair estimate of what should be done, as well as repairing additional roof leaks that I have been dealing with. He walked me thru every step that he was taking explaining why it needed to be done, which I appreciated. He expertly resolved a corner gutter issue that was causing pouring leaks and ice patches on my back step for years. I also had him add gutters to my garage, and was very pleased with the results. The quality of his work is A+. Chris and his crew completed everything they said they would and more. This man will not disappoint you.

We were very satisfied with the roofing work that was completed on 9/13/2012 by Xtreme Improvements LLC and owner Chris Kamine. We were very impressed by the quality of the work, the exceptional customer service, the pride taken in the finished product and the work ethic of Chris and his crew.

• The process was started with a very thorough and knowledgeable estimate of work and materials that would be necessary. This was completed in a very easy going, competent manner by Chris, without any pressure.

• Once we were close to accepting the estimate, the work procedures were reviewed so that we knew what to expect. Issues such as total time, dumpster location, what happens if it rains, etc… were discussed.

• After giving the go ahead for the work, we were informed about when it would start and were kept up to date on any weather related changes to that date.

• Chris and his crew arrived as expected, worked very diligently to do a quality job while finishing in the estimated timeframe. The roof was sealed each evening before the crew left which was fortunate because it did rain a couple of the nights.

• The area around the house was cleaned up as much as possible each evening prior to the crew’s departure. And once the entire job was done, that area was left looking like it did before the work began.

• The quality of work was exceptional. Even though there are many parts to the roof area, these discreet parts were melded together into an outstanding finished product.

• Chris was very flexible and responsive to our requests. We added the replacement of skylights and gutter covers at the last minute and Chris spent the extra effort to find samples, help us make a decision, pick them up from the vendor and install them.

• Chris and his crew take a great deal of pride in their work. New and existing materials were made to fit existing color scheme and cleaned or painted as necessary.

In summary, we would enthusiastically recommend Xtreme Improvements, LLC as a roofing contractor.

My experience with Xtreme Improvement was excellent.
Last year we had our house roof replaced and since we were happy with Xtreme Improvements, we asked for another quote for our soffit./fascia on our house and a new garage roof.
As I stated above the price was perfect for our budget so we decided to do both.
The quality of product compliments the appearance of my house and garage. I get a lot of great comments. I didn't expect the house to look pretty because of a new roof. I guess I consider this a bonus.
Chris was very responsive to all my calls. I had a few questions prior to him starting and while he was working on my house. He always returned my calls within a reasonable amount of time.
Chris and his team showed up on time and always cleaned up after each day.

Any questions I had he responded to my calls. I can be very picky about appearances and he said he would spray paint electrical pole coming out of my house to match my roof. Funny enough all I can say it looks great.
Also, my husband has crazy work hours and Chris did his best to work around his schedule. It didnt always work but he was always checked to see if my husband was able to sleep etc.
It is rare these days to get someone to return calls, give you a detailed and professional proposal and then show up when they say they are going to come and do the work they promised!

The owner of the company showed up on time to look at the plans for an addition that we wanted to put on the house. The next day the owner of the company, Chris, got back to me to give me the estimate for the roof, trim, and gutters. After deciding to hire them, he showed up for us to sign the contract. Once the project was close to the stage when the work needed to be started, I called Chris and told him it was almost ready. He said that he could start on it once it was ready to go on our end. His workers did a good job of respecting our property, and flower gardens around the house. The crew worked steadily and cleaned up after each day of work. The roof and trim look great! I've already recommended them to my parents, as they need a roofer soon.
