Very positive. Chris returned all calls promptly, provided quick estimate -including a revised version for additional requests. Also called to keep me informed of weather-related schedule changes. Did work in 3 days. Very satisfied with results and professionalism. Her estimate was much lower than 2 others (they quoted $3200-$2800). Would use her again!
