I'm Rehabilitating my mother's old house, wanted just to clean and economically reuse the old drapes before making a more costly decision to buy new.  When I took in the drapes, there were no prices posted anywhere about anything.  The sales clerk  did  not help with the price, she did not know how much the drapes would cost.  She only stated something about pleats, there were pretty many.  She gave me a due date for the next week Tues.   She also conveniently had a 30% off coupon under her counter, so I thought great, this won't be bad.  The next Tuesday rolled around, I got a call, the drapes would not be ready.  The next week came, the drapes still wouldn't ready.  By the 3rd week on the 17th of August, I called to see if drapes were ready, (no on called), they were.  I was floored, they stated the drapes would cost $94.38.  If the women wouldn't have given me the 30% off, the cost would have been $126.96.  Now I guess I'm ignorant on how much it costs to clean and process drapes, I haven't been in a dry cleaner for over 30 years.  But no one told me or could give me an estimate ahead of time.  No one called to tell me the cost.  I would have thrown the old drapes away and bought new ones.  This was very upsetting to me, I did not plan on this amount.  I feel this is not good business practice.  I did complain, the women stated "6 panels, 84 inches long, all pleated", this is why it cost so much ", she also stated, "you should have asked them to call you with an estimate", how or why would I think to do this this if no one told me, why couldn't they give me an estimate when I brought them in?  I will not be back to this establishment, I have learned my lesson.  Get the price estimate down on paper before making a decision to do work with any establishment.

They did a great job of cleaning an oriental rug. On separate occasions, they also cleaned some clothing for me. The items have been done on time and the customer service has been fine. You can bring in coupons when dropping off the clothes.

I went to the downtown branch at 1354 N. 7th Street. I was told that I could drop off and pick up my dry cleaning there. When I dropped my suit off, there was a back door propped open. The people working on the dry cleaning machines pointed me to the office. I walked around wires and a big fan to find the representative that I spoke with earlier. She remembered my call. I asked about getting in and I was told to use the fenced area if the door was locked. When I returned to pick up my suit - the back door was locked and the fenced area, around the corner, was closed also. There were people inside and it was during business hours, but no one could hear my hollers over the machines. When I used my cell phone to call the office, no one answered so I left. I returned the next day and found the back door propped open again. I picked up my suit and left. I would prefer to use a different site for drop off and pick up, even though it is further from my home. The work was good.

IT WAS SO CONVENIENT AND REASONABLE I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY DRYCLEANING.
