This is a company that does not understand customer service. From the begining with the salesman degrading the home builder, their not keeping us informed as to date changes, to the window's arrival to schedule installation, to the owner's lack of returning calls on dates as promised, they are very unprofessional.

The job was done absolutely beautifully. The guys were clean and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and most importantly the windows are awesome! I had a couple of estimates from other companies and they either were rude or they didn't show up. Much Praise to Wisconsin Window Inc!!
