Timely service, perfectly done, fair price

I didn't do anything because it was above my budget, but they were exceptionally good. It's just that I didn't want to spend that much amount of money. It doesn't have that jazzy stuff, but it's like an old school shop. The person there is wonderful. It is very hard to find those characteristics from a body shop. They were pretty cheap compared to others. Their quote was $800 compared to others that quoted me $1400. Their behavior and everything were very nice.

Again, I did not use this merchant. I made an inquiry on the phone only.

I scraped up/creased both passenger doors, mirror and rear quarter panel. Trim needed to be removed to perform body work and repaint. I ripped up the front of my car around the fog light. Had temporarily and quot;repairedand quot; by using duct tape to hold fog light in place. Once I had the fog light assembly repaired, the trim was left looking pretty beat up. Westway did such a great job on fixing everything up that every other tiny ding and scratch (on my 11 year old car) looked glaringly obvious.
We have used Westway on two previous occasions and were very pleased with those results as well. I was referred to Westway by a former employer who is notoriously picky and is quite vocal when he is less than pleased. He had nothing but good things to say about Mike and Westway. It was one of the few times we agreed!

There was side door damage due to an accident in my car. I got a quote from another auto body shop which was expensive. The quality of work is very good. He is very honest. He got the job done fairly quickly. I am very happy with the work he did. He is very thorough and professional.

I CALLED ON A WEDNESDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD STOP BY THE NEXT DAY FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE OWNER CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, LOOKED AT THE CAR AND GAVE ME WHAT I CONSIDERED TO BE A VERY FAIR ESTIMATE. HE STATED THAT THE DOORS WOULD NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK, AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WOULD BE IN THE SHOP FROM TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. WHEN I ARRIVED TO DROP OFF THE CAR, THEY WERE READY FOR ME AND THE CAR WAS IMMEDIATELY DRIVEN INTO THE SHOP. IT IS A BUSY PLACE, BUT THEY ALSO APPEAR TO BE VERY EFFICIENT. THE PANELS OF THE DOORS WERE REMOVED, SMOOTHED OUT, SANDED, PAINTED AND THE MOLDING WAS REPLACED. WHEN I CAME BACK TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT WAS READY AND WAITING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. THE CAR LOOKS NEW AGAIN. A PLEASANT SURPRISE AWAITED ME WHEN I GOT INTO THE CAR - IT HAD BEEN DETAILED, AND WAS IMMACULATE INSIDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS AT THE SAME LOCATION FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS.
