The vet and staff were great, we adopted a puppy from the humane society... so we had a free vet exam. The person who answered the phone was very helpful in making the appointment and said even if it was after the 10days they would honor to free certfiicate. When we came in they were great with our puppy (who is kind of a moose), they checked his stool also for us. we found out he had an ear infec...

We have been going to West Allis for awhile now. They always to such a good job with our pets. Yes, pets. We have 4 of them, 2 dogs and 2 cats. 3 of them have medical conditions which they have to take medications daily. So, yes we visit the vet a lot. Dr. Nelson is the vet of choice for us for the dogs. They always take wonderful care of our animals. The staff are friendly and caring - not just animal people, but people-people too. Their lobby is always clean and pleasant, and their exam rooms are up to date and well stocked. They are very professional here, but they don't charge as much as some other vets I've been to! I trust their opinion the first time I hear it, and I do not feel like I need...

We use West Allis Animal Hospital as our primary vet for our two cats and our dog. We also recently boarded our younger cat here while we were gone over Thanksgiving.

They call, they follow up and all the staffs are very good. They're just phenomenal. They check on your pet to follow up how it was doing and to see what things you need. When I had problem after the surgery, they were there for my pet. Everything was done to our satisfaction. They give you options and they take care of you.
