Video Production
We hired Joel Peregrine, Wedding Films, to take video of our wedding day/night. He did arrive and shot the video. As of today, almost 4 1/2 years later we still do not have a video. I have contacted Joel at least 30 times to get my video. (I have almost 40 pages of emails.... ugh) Each time he responds, which is rare, I'm promised a new date. The date always passes and he has some excuse for why the video is not complete. I am not alone. There are so many others having the same issue. He was featured on Fox Six news where they interviewed upset customers who are fighting to get the video they paid for.
I filed a claim in court now so I'm hoping that I will someday get to see my video that I paid for and desperately want....
