THE PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH ON THE PHONE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE APPRAISER THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE SETTLEMENT PROCESS WAS NOT STRESSFUL.
