MARY LOU WAS EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL; EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE DOZENS OF FABRIC BOOKS FROM WHICH TO MAKE A SELECTION, SHE KNOWS THE FABRICS AND MANUFACTURERS WELL AND CAN SUGGEST POSSIBILITIES THAT LINE UP WITH THE IDEA (AND THE BUDGET) THE CUSTOMER DESCRIBES. THE STORE LOANS THE BOOKS OUT TO CUSTOMERS TO VIEW IN THEIR HOMES, WHICH IS A REAL BENEFIT. WHEN SHE COULDN'T FIND ONE BOOK AT THE STORE THAT SHE WANTED ME TO SEE, MARY LOU NOT ONLY TRACKED IT DOWN, BUT SHE DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME AFTERHOURS, EVEN THOUGH WE EACH LIVE IN SUBURBS ABOUT AS FAR APART AS ONE CAN GET! THEIR PRICES FOR FABRIC WERE MUCH MORE REASONABLE THAN THOSE FROM THE OTHER WINDOW TREATMENT FIRMS I GOT QUOTES FROM. THEIR STORE IS TINY AND MAY NOT IMPRESS AT FIRST GLANCE, BUT THEY GIVE GREAT SERVICE, AND JUDGING FROM THE NUMBER OF OBVIOUSLY REPEAT CUSTOMERS WHO STREAMED IN EACH TIME I WAS THERE, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS SO!
