It went very well. I got great advice on what thickness my box spring should be for my particular bed. If I had chose a traditional thickness my mattress would have sat very high. I'm grateful they thought of this and took the time to talk me through how and what to measure.

Mattresses are good quality, and because they are made in location, you can have them adjusted after you purchase them. Delivery was on time and quick.

We only received our bed/mattresses yesterday so this review is mainly for our experience with purchasing and delivery. We chose Verlo because it is a local company with a good reputation in the Milwaukee area.

We had a good experience with purchasing the mattresses/beds, the sales staff were attentive without being pushy. The sales person we had was Fred, and he answered all our questions and after we made our selection he got us checked out right away. It took approximately one hour for us to go into the store, try all the beds, and finalize the purchase.

We purchased the beds on a Friday and they were delivered the following Thursday. The delivery guys were on time. Verlo gives you a 2-hour window for delivery which is nice, you're not waiting around half the day for them to show up. They took our old mattress and box spring for free.

The company has a very strong product guarantee, within a year they will re-stuff your mattress if you need it adjusted. I think within 10 years they will re-stuff it for a small fee. The mattress has a 12 year warranty and the beds have a 20 year. 

We're happy with our experience so far, and believe that we will continue to be. 

Purchased a Plush and a Firm mattress last October. They have both performed well. We recently took advantage of Verlo's free pickup and adjustment service before a year was up; my wife and I wanted just a little more firmness added to each. We were given an appointment the morning after pickup and were ushered into a private room with our mattresses taken apart and given freshly covered pillows. We were then allowed to lie on our own mattresses with different padding material, as long as we wanted, until we were satisfied with the added firmness The mattresses were delivered the next day like new. We were treated courteously and not rushed at all. We were told we could take advantage of this service for as long as we owned these mattresses for a small fee to cover material,  transportation and labor.

Do test the mattresses for extended period. Lay down on them for at least 15 minutes in the positions you sleep. Bring your own pillow if you want, the sales force will not mind. If you do not do this you will only be able to blame yourself later. Wait for their mix and match sale, it is worth the wait as you will save hundreds.

I told the 'salesman' I needed advice on picking out a mattress because I never bought one before and had a very old bedroom set.Instead of help, I was pointed to a purchase that didnt' match my set and was shockingly wrong.  The 'salesman' was really nothing more than a cashier!That mattress was chest high when placed on my bed.  Totally wrong!!!  Don't go to VERLO if you need information or advice about their products!

They came and put the headboard on for me and did it correctly. Today, I had called them because I had trouble with the mattress pad. They back up their products and provide excellent service. He said he would have the pad replaced. I am very happy with the service. You can buy a mattress lots of places but it is all about service in the end.

Fantastic! I went into the store on April 5, 2009 fully intending on purchasing a new mattress for about $1,600 but Bobby looked up my original invoice from 10 years ago and told me that it was not necessary for me to purchase a new mattress because I could have my current one "adjusted" for $100. I was AMAZED that he didn't "take" me for a new mattress! Verlo picked up our mattress at 8:30am on April 24, 2009 and returned it at 6:00pm the same day and it is has been adjusted perfectly. The delivery men, Matt and Jim could not have been more courteous and helpful. I am so very pleased with their service and their integrity.

MY OLDEST DAUGHTER AND I WENT TO THE MAYFAIR ROAD STORE. WE ARRIVED NEAR CLOSING TIME, BUT WE WERE NOT RUSHED IN ANY WAY TO MAKE A DECISION. THE MAN GAVE US HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MATTRESS SETS AND WARRANTIES (WE CHOSE SOME OF THE LEAST EXPENSIVE SETS, AND THOSE CARRY 8 YEAR WARRANTIES). THE ONLY MINOR HITCH WAS THAT THE PILLOWS WERE OUT OF STOCK WHEN THE SERVICE MEN DELIVERED THE MATTRESS SETS, SO I HAD TO GO GET THEM AT THE STORE LATER. THE MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY WHO GOT THE MATTRESSES LIKE THEM VERY MUCH. I WOULD RECOMMEND VERLO TO ANYONE SEARCHING FOR MATTRESSES, EVEN IF YOU USUALLY GO TO DISCOUNT PLACES. THE COMFORT AND WARRANTY IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.

WE PURCHASED A MATTRESS SET. I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP ON IT. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND, GAVE ME CONFLICTING ANSWERS AND MISSED DELIVERY AND PICK-UP DATES THAT THEY SCHEDULED AND WHICH I TOOK OFF WORK FOR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. I STILL HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH.

THIS WAS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. PRICES ARE A LITTLE STEEP, BUT THE SERVICE MORE THAN MAKES UP FOR IT. IT WAS NICE TO FEEL LIKE SOMEONE WANTED MY BUSINESS.

THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE AND A TERRIFIC WARRANTY. THEY DELIVERED EXACTLY AS PROMISED. I USED THE LAYTON AVENUE STORE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR MATTRESS.
