AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY SCREWED UP MY NAME REPEATEDLY--EVEN WHEN WE GOT TO CLOSING IT WASN'T RIGHT, AND WE HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO CORRECT IT...AND THEY WERE RUDE ABOUT IT! WE'RE BUYING ANOTHER HOUSE NOW AND WE'RE USING UW CREDIT UNION. SO MUCH BETTER SERVICE (AND BETTER RATES/MORE OPTIONS TOO!)
