The store is a beautiful place--they just moved here and it looks great! When I first came in, I brought a picture of the colors I wanted for the flowers and ribbons. The florist didn't really agree with the colors I wanted stylistically. He tried to talk me into going with different colors, and for a while I agreed with his plan. After thinking it over, I decided I wanted the flowers to be the colors in the picture after all. After many phone calls back and forth (them asking me if such a color was okay, me thinking it over and giving my answers) I thought we were on the same page. On the day of the wedding, the bouquets were pretty, but not in any way the colors I had asked for or that were in the picture I gave them to keep in my file. The flower fiasco didn't affect the great day, but reflecting back on the experience, I'm disappointed that they didn't do what I asked.
