Valeri and her team at Ultra Kleen are THE BEST. They were nothing short of a god-send for my property in Bay View. I had an extra unit that was unused, so decided to turn it into an Air BnB. I own and manage the property remotely from Brooklyn, NY - so finding somebody to help with the guest turnover was a very daunting task. Valeri came in, and from our first meeting, I knew the apartment was in good hands. Thanks to her impeccable work, our Air BnB has a perfect 5-star rating after 15 stays... and the guests always comment on how clean and neat the place is upon their arrival. Hats off to Valeri, she has been absolutely instrumental in this, and I would give her the highest recommendation I can.

Everyone was amazing. The quality of work has been exceptional compared to the house cleaners we previously employed.

We will use them again.

Val has been cleaning my house twice a month for 5 years, and she has consistently done a fabulous job for us. She's flexible, fast, dependable, thorough, and takes great pride in the work that she does. I highly value the work that she does for my family, and have never thought of going anywhere else. I liked them; I did not see anything that I disliked. They were pretty good and on time. I will use them again in the future.

The quality of work was fine.  We have used them twice already and will use them again. 

We've used Val and her crew at Ultra Kleen many times.  She's always been forgiving of my tendency to call at the last moment with emergency requests.  ; )   They always arrive on time and ready to work.  They've quick, careful, thorough and effective.  The service is always fantastic!  We have very old, very light wall to wall and it still looks like new.  I can't say enough good things about Ultra Kleen.

I was totally amazed she did such a good job. It was $30 for the first hour and there after it was $15 an hour.  She did such a great job that she did not cut the tip.  She did it herself because it was her first client so she did not send one of her people out.  I have been sick so the house had got run down so she really took it and cleaned it all. She did some stuff that we did not even ask her to do. She cleaned all the window sills.  We live in a parsonage and last time the church had done that for us. She did all that and stuff that usually you don’t have anybody do. She was great. She was very personable, very friendly, and just terrific. We will use her again. After talking to her there wasn’t any competition between the other two.  She was on time and she was very considerate of what rooms we wanted her to do first, it was not scheduled that way but she altered her schedule. She was good. We would use her at least every month.  She does special stuff like pull out the stove and cleans behind that, pull out the refrigerator and clean there. She keeps all that on a schedule so that every so often she knows that she has to go back do that again which is remarkable I think. I don’t know why anybody would not keep her. If you want her to clean the refrigerator you could ask her to that. She needed to go elsewhere but she stayed right up to the neck of that one. She wasn’t getting a break from that and then not to accept the tip. Her tip she said was to give out a couple of her business cards.  She had done an excellent job for a lot of hours by herself. I found her on Angies List. There weren't many places that would do that kind of cleaning without having  on a contract expectation. She says that she need to update that list on her web site and again according to what she told us she works on weekends.

Val and her crew were efficient and very professional. Carpets looked fantastic.

I've used Ultra Kleen many times and Val and her crew remain consistently thorough, careful, friendly, fast, conscientious and accommodating! Plus, she gets our beige carpets really, really clean! Couldn't ask for better service or higher quality. They're the best!

Everything turned out well. She was very helpful and did a good job. The carpet is clean and I am pleased. The pricing was one of the reasons that I chose her and she replied faster than the other companies I contacted. She was going to be late, but she did let me know of this. The communication was excellent. I was very pleased with the "extras" she offered.

She came on Sunday and was very prompt. I did not think she could get the animal smell out but she was able to.

She worked very hard to get out the stains and dirt from the winter. We tracked a lot of dirt in this year - the results were fair. I don't really blame them for the problem - but I did hope for more results.

Valerie was great and our dog liked her too! She gave us advice on how to keep our other furniture clean and when we asked her if she would come back to do our rug, she asked how old it was and then told us it didn't need it! She came to our home during the evening, which was GREAT especially because we both work 1st shift hours. We will definitely use Valerie's services again and again and will recommend her to anyone we come in contact with.

GREAT! They arrived almost on time and almost all of the stains were removed from both the chair and ottoman as well as carpet. They were polite, courteous, and friendly workers. I would recommend and use them again.

She was very receptive to my needs. She did a great job.

We have company coming and not enough time to get the house in order. I called Val in a bit of a panic. She fit us into her schedule and really saved our butts! I can't say enough about how well Val and her crew performed! They were prompt, friendly, thorough and very reasonably priced.

WOW! She did a fabulous job. Stains are virtually gone. I will definitely call her again.

SHE STAYED IN PHONE CONTACT WITH US THE WHOLE DAY, ULTIMATELY CALLING TO SEE IF IT WAS ALRIGHT IF SHE CAME A COUPLE OF HOURS EARLY! SHE DID A GREAT JOB. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE!

DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR CLEANING DIRTY SPOTS. FINE JOB. FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS. OUR 2ND EXPERIENCE WITH COMPANY. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY IMPRESSIVE. LADY HAD BANDAGE ON KNEE. THIS DID NOT PREVENT HER (THE PAIN, I MEAN) FROM DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED VAL (PROPRIETOR OF ULTRA KLEEN) TO SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS. THEY HAVE BEEN JUST AS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AS I HAVE BEEN. VAL IS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY, VERY THOROUGH. SHE EVEN GOT PAINT STAINS OUT OF OUR CARPET! SATISFIED CUSTOMERS REALLY MATTER TO ULTRA KLEEN AND VAL.
