The experience was horrendous for them and for us. When we pulled everything up to to lay the new tile down, apparently the people that we purchased the house from, had glued the old carpet down to the cement. Because the cement had the old glue remnants on it, the tiles they were trying to set down on the floor would not seal and stay properly. This company went above and beyond, they ordered a special product to finish the job to make sure the tile was properly installed on our living room floor. They did a wonderful job, and I can not say enough good things about them.

They were responsive. They took feedback well if we wanted to do something different. They went above and beyond our expectations. They are priced well. They did a great job. They did give us a discount. They have wonderful customer service all around.
