TruGreen Lawn Care - 5176

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I paid in full for a service, they never showed up and then 2 weeks later called giving me a run around on why it was no longer a fit for my lawn when in reality they messed up on an the admin side and were now outside the window for treatment. I got hung up on when asked for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Gerald Dawson the lawn tech killed my grass. Just terrible service. Do not hire!!!!!

Service on tree was a waste of my money!

I called TruGreen to follow up on an application made to my lawn to ask a question and they never returned my call. I left three message in a week and heard back from no one. I cancelled my services after the last message.

They are on time and do good notification. The grass still turns green although not as green as I would like.

The cost could be lower and they could have more costumer contact.

We had them for years until they burned out my grass. They did okay until that time. I thought the price was reasonable. In 2014 when we hired them to do work, they said they'd be out and they didn't show. I called them and they said they'd show up at another time but they didn't. I called again and they said they'd bring out someone on that day. That was difficult to deal with. With lawns, everything has to be timed right. When I called them to do aerating this year, they e-mailed me saying they would do the job.When I called them, they said it was too late. I had to complain because the e-mail said they could come out and do the aerating. They really need to make improvements with timeliness. They should also show up when they schedule and when they do, they shouldn't burn out the grass. They shouldn't over fertilize. They would only do the front part of the yard. They would never do the upper or lower half. They should be more diligent. I think part of it is because they send out youngsters with no supervision. I don't really understand professionalism.

I will rate their work well, but they are so annoying to work with. They could work on their billing process and their website. Pricing, I think they are high. They are professional.  

I continue to use them because their service is good. One thing that they do that I like is, if there are any spotty weeds that come up, they will come out and do a special treatment, if you're not satisfied or if there is still a problem.

I've been using them for six years. The price is pretty good. That's why I keep going back. I do a four treatment plan and it's about $155.

They do great work. One time they missed a spot in my yard, and very quickly came out to fix it. I will continue using.

For 5 applications, it was $150. They made 5 applications through the course of the year. I had bare spots in the front yard. I had them come in and look at it. They come up with a fix but the fix didn't work. They show up every time they're scheduled.

I started using them in April of 2014. I would have preferred a plan that allowed only 2-3 visits per year. I went with the minimum plan but the service provider comes too frequently. The last application killed my lawn. I got an apology and was told to water the lawn. This year we have had lots of rain. It is ridiculous to have to water to revive my lawn. I cancelled service and now want my money back for the last application. Still waiting for that to happen.

They have been doings pesticide and fertilizer treatments on our lawn since the spring of last year. Also an annual pest control application. The lawn is doing very well. Weeds are well under control. The price is quite reasonable. We are very satisfied with their service.
