Tom repaired our clothes dryer, which was making a scraping sound when it turned. I called him in the afternoon, and he was there either that day or the next morning. He was on time and in and out quickly. He told me that the noise wasn't a serious problem, probably just the age of the dryer, and that it wouldn't affect performance. I asked him if he could do something about the noise, and he took care of it with grease. He was in and out quickly. $75 seemed a little steep for the amount of time he was here, but it's not out of keeping with what other repair folks charge.

He is informative, but a little more expensive than some others I've used in the past. He is knowledgeable and communicates really well. He is really professional and he has responded really well. I will use him again.

Tom repaired our Frigidaire washing machine, coming over quickly, completing the work within the estimated time, and giving us helpful tips on how to keep the machine running at its best. The cost came in under his estimated amount and he was very professional, having many years' experience in the industry. The machine since has been running with no problems whatsoever.
