We had issues so we left. We didn't have a follow-up from them after that. It was a good service. They had some problems with their rep. They left and never followed up. It was very average.

Overall went very well, we are quite pleased.

I caught a couple of mice in my kitchen. I couldn't figure out how they were getting in. I never had mice in the summer before. Tom from T-N-T came to my home and inspected the exterior. He sealed up any openings he found. He then did an inspection of the interior of the house. He set some traps and also put down some glue traps where snap traps would not be practical. He explained what he was doing and why and gave me some good advice. I learned quite a bit about mice! The job included a follow-up appointment. I have not had any mice problems since.
I was very comfortable having Tom in my home and would not hesitate to contact him again with any future pest problems.

They come out quarterly to spray. They work with my schedule. They call me to arrange a time when they will come out. They come back free of charge if I have an infestations. They are very friendly.

They handled it. Some of my customers use them and that's how I knew about them. Their price was very reasonable. I don't really know when they were there. I probably have to use them again this year.

Called a few minutes before scheduled appointment to see if it was alright to come a bit early. The owner and his son did the job and were very considerate and professional. The work was done within the promised time frame. Over all I was very pleased with the job.

They set traps and captured the mice. They hooked me up with a masonry guy to fix the gaps that were letting the mice in. It turned out fine. I learned a lot about my house while using them. The guy really knows what he is doing. The guy was a really good teacher. They will come back every 3-4 months and set new traps. I used him because my next door neighbor uses them. I didn't compare prices. I was over at their house when he was there, and I was impressed with how he looked at things and that is why I went with them. The price fits my needs. They have relieved a lot of my stress. He is very professional.

He provided me with guidelines (vacuum the house and get rid of the bag outdoors, wash all pet bedding in hot water) and he was friendly to my pets as well. I felt kind of embarrassed because my home was not in the cleanest of conditions, but he was very professional and did not make me feel bad about it. The whole process took less than an hour, and I was given a 60-day guarantee.
