Troy is a busy, yet professional man. He gave us a fair estimate; came and did the job as he said he would in a timely fashion. He and his partner made sure that the area surrounding their work was protected and they cleaned up after themselves so we had no evidence that they were even there except for our beautiful floor.

At every step of the process Troy kept me informed if he was going to be a little late. While here, he spent a lot of time with me to make sure I liked the pattern. They even made changes I requested and did so graciously. I was very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality and basic niceness. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had bought my own tile and was looking for an installer.TMT was recommended by the tile store.Called Troy in the afternoon and made an appointment for the next morning.He showed up right on time,listened to what I wanted and answered all questions I had thoroughly. He showed us a book of completed jobs he had done and offered references.He also provided me with a written quotation for the job at that time. The next day I accepted his offer and we scheduled the work. He and his crew arrived when promised and the work proceeded exactly as he said when no delays or problems. He was extremely conscientious in details and kept a very clean work area.When the project was finished we were extremely satisfied with the results..Troy is an honest and professional man to work with, I would positively use his services again.
