Took seveal calls and messages to get a hold of him to have him come over for an estimate. After he checked out the project he stated he would get back to me with an estimate. I called and left several messages over the next several weeks asking if he could send me the estimate but I never heard from him again.

I guess this job was just too small for them to be bothered. Enough said.

Troy is a busy, yet professional man. He gave us a fair estimate; came and did the job as he said he would in a timely fashion. He and his partner made sure that the area surrounding their work was protected and they cleaned up after themselves so we had no evidence that they were even there except for our beautiful floor.

At every step of the process Troy kept me informed if he was going to be a little late. While here, he spent a lot of time with me to make sure I liked the pattern. They even made changes I requested and did so graciously. I was very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality and basic niceness. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

They were excellent in everything; I have nothing bad to say about them. They were an amazing service. They provided good customer care and did good quality work. Their response was good. I spent $20,000 and had a lot of work done. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I had bought my own tile and was looking for an installer.TMT was recommended by the tile store.Called Troy in the afternoon and made an appointment for the next morning.He showed up right on time,listened to what I wanted and answered all questions I had thoroughly. He showed us a book of completed jobs he had done and offered references.He also provided me with a written quotation for the job at that time. The next day I accepted his offer and we scheduled the work. He and his crew arrived when promised and the work proceeded exactly as he said when no delays or problems. He was extremely conscientious in details and kept a very clean work area.When the project was finished we were extremely satisfied with the results..Troy is an honest and professional man to work with, I would positively use his services again.
