Very poor workmanship this explains the lowest bid price.

It took about two days for the whole job. The crew was on-time and professional. They even added some splash guards at the edges of the dormers, which we were not expecting.

Got the estimate and signed the contract in June, the price was fair and I have used Three Sons before and was very happy with their work.
They said they would call me when they were going to do the work. They finally did it in August, a bit longer than they originally said, but it was not a problem.
They had the materials delivered, with plans o do the work the next day.As it turned out there were severe thunderstorm warnings for that day so the work was delayed until the next day. A very courteous crew showed up on time, and completed the work that day, cleaned up all the old materials.

All debris was removed by contractor
We have a very difficult roof to access due to the proximity of the neighboring building- this crew managed all obstacles and kept within the time frame.
Really nice people to work with. They were very organized in thier approach - very efficient workers.
Have referred them to friends.
