THE OWNER AGREED TO MAT AND FRAME 3 DIPLOMAS CHARGED ME FOR THAT ONLY MATTED ONE AND JUST FRAMED OTHER TWO. ONE MATTED WAS MATTED IN WRONG COLOR AND WHEN HE RE-DID IT HE RIPPED THE DIPLOMA AND REFUSED TO REFUND ANY MONEY FOR THE TWO NOT MATTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
