DONT BUY THIS STRAIGHT UP TRASH EVEN THE TECHS SAY IT SAVE YOUR TIME SANITY MONEY AND ENERGY GO SOMEWHERE THAT ISN'T THE LOCAL TRASH PIT FOR APPLIANCES I got a washer dryer on the newer side of appliances right at new years 24 was delivered late by almost a week because the lady who scheduled didn't do whatever then 4 months 12 washes in the pump goes out call to get it fixed under promised warranty and guy didn't show up on scheduled day called they were rude said we will reschedule you and never did again. i waited a week for parts then called them said what's going on its been a week scheduled 3 DAYS LATER TOTAL 3 WEEKS SO FAR fixed the pump problem but is still shaking like on day 1 was junk the sold to me for 400$ plus tax anyways i paid extra for the better i regret every dollar i spent here at washing machine man supposed now is still broken unresolved and im out rent for that month and a machine its taking way too long to fix this garbage now again wait 2 more days til this gets looked at again 3 times in 12 days so far ongoing jeeze just stay far far away im at the point of taking other steps to resolve this is terrible sale they got me good they have terrible rude customer service when you call the tech is great and honest i appreciate that now i know not to shop here ever again he said "these machines are s*** garbage all of them" he said. so stay away unless you want scrap and pay to do laundry elsewhere golly this is the most insane unexceptable purchase headache i've ever delt with they are rude on the phone ill bet they don't call when they say to set up the next appointment friday the 26th april you call they get annoyed even when i'm kind and accepting the fact that they sold me trash looking for other options they need to honor their warranty and fix this pos washer so i can part ways with it and buy better somewhere else id rather just me money back they dont unless you smalls claims it will be and papers are printed check is signed 200 later I'm out for court if they don't call and come as promised Friday the 26th april24 im not there yet but come friday i may just file this shouldn't happen period

Used them after a neighbor referred. Washer repair done. Then had issues with fridge. I did not get, appointment confirmation so called several times and something was wrong with phone. Repairman was on time. Seemingly standoffish at 1st but mood got better mid repair. Fan replaced, provided referrals for coolant. Worked fine for a week then problem returned. I call referral. Turns out the drain line was clogged did not need coolant. Cost me another $75 on top of $99 paid. But its working.

We ordered a washer and dryer a month ago to be delivered when we moved to our new apartment. They delivered it on the right date, but installed the washer to the wrong water hook up, didn’t set up a vent for the dryer, and then left. The dryer was broken when we got it and still doesn’t work four days later. Why did a month go by and no one noticed they were going to deliver me a broken dryer? When we call to try to get everything fixed, the employees have no answers as to why a broken appliance would be delivered. One said “well, it’s like a used car. We don’t guarantee anything.” Wouldn’t you expect a used car to at least drive off the lot? No one is willing to work with the customer and they just push back at everything you say. The only response they offer is that they can’t do anything and someone will come out in a few days, between a 7 hour time window. They also say they don’t know the owner and only offer an email. They sent someone out yesterday, after making multiple calls and pleading for someone to show up. The repairman who came to look at the dryer was nice, but he admitted the shop needs to take care of the problem. We tried calling again today and they have hung up on my wife multiple times and we still don’t know if the machine will ever be fixed. We have laundry to do! I wish I’d never made a purchase. I know the owner does respond to negative reviews occasionally, as you can see his name on Yelp and Facebook commenting on others posts. Darren, I would appreciate if you reached out to me to right this wrong.

The Washing Machine Man LLC was able to come out to my home on a Saturday and fix the dryer within one hour. The thing that I liked the most about their service was that it was prompt and the price was fair- a flat fee of $99.00 If needed, I will use them in the future!

Super nice guy. Had to come twice. Was late both times. Price was about $100, as expected. Aside from being late, the interaction was fine. Would use him again.

They came out and assessed that it was the drive belts and basically were upfront and honest and said that it would not be worth our while to get it fixed. We would have had to put more money into it, so he recommended getting a new machine. He charged us about $40 for the service call and the assessment. We were happy with his service and appreciated his honesty about not try to tell us that he can fix it and charging us for it. He was very quick to respond and I think that he came out on an evening and seemed that he went out of his way and came out the last minute.

Our machine that he sold us died and he swapped it out with an even better one the next day. They don't do much work on the newer high tech machines, but they are experts with anything that doesn't have a huge computer component to it. I've been very happy with them. They are not fancy or flashy, but if you are looking for FAST quality repairs at a rock bottom price, without the hassles of a large company, these are your guys. They respond quickly and support their guarantee. They will haul away your old machine for free. (They will fix it up and re-sell it- but more power to them, when its broken its just junk anyway.) I like that this is a Milwaukee based, hard working, local business that has a winning formula.
