They are excellent. I came across them during a groupon offer initially and was very pleased with their service then. I also used another groupon cleaning service around the same time initially, B Clean, and will never use them again. For this latest cleaning I researched other offers in the area and was still given a better price quote from The Maids vs Maid Brigade...and there are 4 employees vs only 2. 4 people working on my home makes it go so much faster, minimizing the amount of time in my home, lowering my overall costs. They are thorough, professional, trustworthy, detailed, and on time. I love how my home smells and feels after they're done. Also, as a bonus they use green products which is a must for me with allergies and with children in the home.

I purchased a Groupon to try the Maids for three two-hour cleaning sessions and had a chat with Paul to set up the service. I was present for the first cleaning and it went fairly smoothly, though I was disappointed that the crew did not clean for the whole two hours (they bailed after about 90 minutes) and did not clean as deeply as I'd hoped. They were also loudly yelling at each other across the house. I gave them a key so they could let themselves in for future appointments and told them to use the back door since entering through the front door would require multiple keys.
The second appointment was scheduled for 2:00 in the afternoon and I received a couple phone calls during the day postponing it until 3:00, and then 4:00. I arrived home from work at 5:00 and the maids had just arrived and were trying to use the key to get in the front door and bothering my downstairs neighbors, since I lived in a duplex at the time. My wife and I had to stay out of the way while they cleaned instead of just going about our evening. (I'd scheduled the appointment for 2:00 so they could be gone before we got home.) The third appointment went more smoothly and the crew let themselves in the back door, but again, there was more cleaning they could have done and I would be surprised if they'd stayed the full two hours.
Scheduling the appointments was a pain since no one ever picks up the phone in their office. I had to leave a message every time I called, and they only sometimes got back to me within a day or two. I had to leave two or three messages just to schedule my final cleaning. Finally, after I used all three Groupon cleanings, they gave me a quote for regular service that was significantly higher than a quote I received from a competitor. I was not happy with the Maids and I will not be using their services again.

It was wonderful service and  I am having them back  out. The price was amazing too. It was just an amazing job they did.  He took my time with me didn't make  me feel rushed. It was wonderful from start to finish. I did have to originally leave a message  but within 45 minutes they called me back.

My overall experience with them was average. I wouldn't use their services again in the future.

We got the work done at half the price.  So we spent $100 on their services.  They were fine.  When they actually gave us a quote for the entire house, it was pretty expensive.  We used the coupon for this service.  They were pretty expensive and that’s why we switched to another one.  They were good with responsiveness.  We will not use them again in the future.

The Maids did a very thorough job, and its workers were friendly as well.

They did an in-depth cleaning of the house. There were four of them that showed up, and I was very surprised, we were only expecting two and we got four for the same price. They were there for about two hours, cleaning, and they did a great job.

Actually I saw that they were cleaning in our neighborhood and I gave them a call.

They do an amazing job every time. They have a team of 4 staff that come in (same staff every time so they are familiar with your home) and have their system down to a science to clean every inch and leave your house sparkle every time. I still can't figure out how they get things so clean but once I saw one staff standing on the counters and wiping down every inch of the cabinets in the kitchen. That's cleaning! The wood floors shine like they were brand new. I wouldn't use anyone else. They come on time and work with your schedule if you need to adjust when you are on a regular schedule with them. They reconfirm the day before which is nice.

The service and the work performed by The Maids is excellent. Whenever they overlook some small thing, we mention it to the team Captain and it is taken care of. We enjoy coming home after the cleaning. The owner, Mr Paul Grant, is always accomodating, professional and concerned. We highly recommend this firm. We have tried another company, that performed similar work, in the past. There is no comparison. THE MAIDS is excellent.

I love this company. In addition to making my house sparkle, they do little things like organizing my baby's stuffed animals into cute rows or showcasing his books. The extra touches mean a lot to me and make coming home always an fun surprise.
