House Cleaning
This company gave an estimate of two workers at $30 each per hour but they only worked 6 hours, so I over paid. This experience was a disaster. They threw some of my posessions away and some are missing. I am disabled and could not follow them around my apartment. I would never use this company again and plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I am now having difficulty contacting the company owner because they will not return my calls.

"I took the job because I felt bad for her. I did the best job due to the circumstances. I have pictures. I went above and beyond what I told her or quoted her. I fell bad for her and was willing to come back and help her find things. She is a hoarder of extremes. When we left she tipped me and was happy. I cannot help someone who cannot find things in their home. I am not a therapist. I have been in my own business for 17 years and this is the first complaint I have had, ever."
