The salespeople are rude almost insulting. I received 30% more than they offered elsewhere. I would not recommend them for selling scrap jewelry.

They were prompt, friendly. They were accurate on estimated costs. They have a very good service with plenty of people to wait on customers.

I took 3 items in for repair and they were completed withi a week and for a very reasonable price. The staff is professional and friendly. It was a totally pleasant experience.

Jake asked me questions about my preferences for the setting and was able to easily answer my questions. I ended up with a setting that is exactly my taste and now I wear it every day. I also sold a small amount of gold during the transaction. Jake gave me a chain, too. I will definitely go back to the Jewelry Center.

I had been concerned that my diamond ring might need the setting tightened. So when my husband's watch battery died, I went to Angie's List, trying to locate a trustworthy, local jeweler. The Jewelry Center's description and reports came closest to what I looked for, so we paid them a visit.
My husband had his watch battery replaced, and I was prepared to leave my rings with them for repair. They checked my rings and told me the setting was nice and snug, and that it didn't need repair.
We left with a working watch, and peace of mind because my diamond was not in danger of falling out.

Despite the low price, service was prompt, friendly and no pressure to buy anything. With my receipt, there was a coupon good for a discount on jewelry repair services.

Went well. Will go back to have more work done.

The store seemed very busy but everone was served in a timely and professional manner. The service was provided within their time estimate. The appraisals were explained to my satisfaction. Overall, this was a good experience.

I called on a Wednesday after having "the talk" with my girlfriends parents. I needed the ring by the following Monday in order for my big plan to play out as desired. I went to a few jewelers but Jewelery Center was the only one that could get me a diamond within my budget AND put it into her grandmothers platinum setting. They dropped their price 15% on the diamond, the setting looks amazing and the diamond is beautiful. The associates were friendly and helpful and very professional. I even lost my credit card (joint account with my girlfriend) and had her card so they called Capital One and verified that I was on the account as to get it all done right away.

Very well. The cost to swap out the clasps was reasonable and it was finished a couple of days sooner than originally estimated.

Dan waited for my insurance company to process my claim, then provided efficient service. I have also brought watches in for quick, affordable battery changes. The staff is pleasant to children who accompany you into the store.
