I can't say enough great things about this framer! I have used them about a dozen times over the past few years and am always happy. The print they framed at my most recent visit was quite large and though they suggested a matte, I didn't think I'd have the wall space to accomodate matte and frame. They were so kind to suggest frames that would still enhance the print and didn't act "disappointed" that I would not be using a matte. They always roll with what I can accommodate and can afford. A word about framing cost: Consider all the materials and labor and consultation time that goes into getting a beautiful, quality, lasting, professionally framed project and it is going to cost more than a $69 frame from the craft store. Yes, it costs money to get things professionally framed, but it's not that much if you try to mentally break it down and consider the time and materials as I mentioned above.

I TOOK OUR ART IN ON MONDAY (WHICH IS THEIR ORDERING DAY) AND IT WAS DONE BY THURSDAY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND DIDN''T TRY TO STEER ME TO SOMETHING VERY EXPENSIVE. NICE WORK!
