Contractor Travis E. Kraft is a hot head. He made numerous threats to put a lien on my house, when the bank was having payment issues. His framers did not commit to 16" on center and left crooked studs. His plumber is a joke, who punched a hole through my retaining wall, left a leak in my sump pump pvc pipe because he forgot to glue the joint, he cut my tub faucet head pipe a 1/2 inch too short, and he left me with 2 leaky sinks in my vanity. The trim work was sloppy at best. They cut a hole through my foundation before starting anything else, while not blocking it with at least some plywood, so it snowed in my original basement and was left open to the cold and rodents/insects. They left my A/C on an angle, when it should be on a flat surface. They caused flooding in my basement, causing damage to my floor boards, along with black mold. They did not properly cover my roof when putting on shingles, causing leaks in my attic and damage to the drywall on my kitchen ceiling. He tried upselling me with lies about inspectors and fixtures, as well as a need for a 2nd sump pump. My floors squeak. They never patched the hole they made in my retaining wall. They forgot my bathroom needed a door, so they had to add an extension. I fixed almost all of these mistakes on my own and only asked that he pay me $500 to replace the damage he caused to my basement floors. He refuses to return texts and phone calls, so I am now taking him to small claims court. Avoid this fraud at all costs!

The project went very well. The team of professionals were on schedule. Communication was very good, using email, phone, etc. Results were excellent. TEK works with the client on design elements, allowing fexibility and a custom effect to the result. The craftsman were on schedule or communicated in a timely fashion if they were not. Quality of the work was at a very high level.
