My experience with Tech Savvy Solutions was great. The tech who helped me with my computer issues & concerns was Carl. What a great guy to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable & courteus. His prices were very very reasonable. He explained exactly what I needed to get done to fix my computer. He kept me informed about everything he was doing & let me know exactly how long I would be without my computer his customer service skills were impeccable. Carl knows what customer service means, after using other service, I can say this is the best I ever used. He is knowledgeable, he is customer oriented, patient, answer questions and give you the extra without looking at the bill adjustment. Excellent service.

Carl went above & beyond for me. When my new computer locked up & would not work he took me to exchange it for a different one & set everything up for me. Since I do not drive that was a life saver. He is now my "Computer Guy" for all my future computer needs.

Carl is a fantastic IT Guy! Very personable, prompt and caring. He spoke to me on a level I could understand about what was being done to our PC. He's a great communicator. The upgrade has been a great success! Pricing is definitely reasonable. I will be recommending Tech Savvy to others. I was most impressed by how quickly Carl contacted me! Carl did his best to repair the hinge on HP computer. It was not an easy job. He tried several things, and finally got it to work. He called ahead to say when he was coming. He is very polite and easy to work with.
