It went very well. They are professional.

Had two windows that the seal was broken on. T and L came out and measured the windows. They provided me with two quotes, one for new windows and installation and the other for just the windows if I wanted to install them myself. Decided to have T and L install the windows. Very glad I did. Removing the old windows was NOT as easy as You Tube videos portray. T and L removed the old windows, cleaned up all the gunk left on the frames and installed new windows. Windows look great. I watched the entire procedure. T and L was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. I'm sure this job took longer than they had anticipated. Great job. I have used them a few times now to replace broken window panes. It is frustrating that sometimes the earliest that they could schedule the work was 2-3 weeks out, but they are always courteous and professional and reasonably priced when they do the work.

Amazing service, quality and price. Sent photos of edges, they sent back edited photos with drawn outline of how their recommended size, rounded edges, etc. would look on piece. Ready in less than 1 week and the price was incredibly reasonable. Loved the Angie's List discount! Will use again!

The customer service rep in the shop was very nice and helped me make a decision on the material and finishing. The tabletops were delivered on time and installed quickly. The quality of the material was very good. I would use them again and recommend them for similar work.

Great communications and on time  - They came on time to quote an estimate to replace my broken glass. Later on that day, they called back and gave me an estimated timeline. A couple of weeks later, they called and scheduled time. On the day scheduled, they called to see if they could come earlier (which is awesome).

I had a single pane window and full-sized, in-door mirror replaced in my home.  T&L Glass was excellent.  The tech (did not catch his name because I was on my way out) was very professional and was finished in about an hour and a half.  The new window and mirror look great and everything was restored to pre-service condition (molding was replaced, all old glass cleaned up, etc.).  T&L was the most competitive of at least 3 glass contractors that I contacted in the area and about the only one who didn't make me feel like a total idiot when I explained the type of mirror replacement I needed.  In fact, they followed up twice to make sure we had the right measurements and bevel for the mirror.  The final bill was exactly what the receptionist quoted.  Totally impressed - I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

It was through Angie's List and I got a little discount on it. They were awesome! I was very, very pleased with them. I just picked it up, put it on and it was perfect. They did a really nice job. They were so quick. They said it would take maybe three days, but they called me within two or three hours and said it was done.

I am very happy that I decided to go to T and L Glass. Looking to prevent future damage to my windshield, I needed to repair a small chip. My biggest worry was that my insurance company would not cover the cost or that they would but the process would be lengthy. I went on my insurance company's website to find a company in their certified repair program. All the places they recommended were farther away than I liked so I looked up on Angie's List and found T and L Glass.
I called to schedule an appointment and brought my car in within the hour. Zack and Kris were very helpful in calling my insurance company to make sure the claim was covered. After the repair was completed, I just signed my name and walked out the door. Can't even see where the chip was anymore.
Very glass I went with T and L instead of driving all over town. The cost was $65 but I paid nothing, pretty good deal.
