"Thank you for the positive feedback! SWAT Environmental is striving for customer service and workmanship excellence! Enjoy your summer, healthier and happier!"
They called me the day of the repair and let me know the technician would call me when we was about 30 mins away. This was extremely helpful so i didn't have to wait around all day not knowing when he would be showing up.
Inspected the basement and determined the best area for install. Talked me through all the steps of the repair and how the system worked. I proceeded to asked the tech a ton of questions about install and he was very helpful. Full install took approximately 2 hours, which is the time he quoted me.
After work was completed he walked me through what he had done, and the next steps that i needed to take to finish mitigation.
Cleaned up all the mess from drilling and cutting PVC pipe, and left the basement probably cleaner than he found it.
Friendly, fast and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for radon mitigation.
