Susie and her staff did a really wonderful job - she called answered the phone the first time I called for a quote, came by later that day to look over the house and gave me a very affordable estimate, and then she got me on her schedule later that same week.  She did a really wonderful job and had great attention to detail.  She and her staff are exceptionally professional.  What a wonderful clean house to come home to at the end of the day!  I plan to stay on her recurring schedule.

Overall she did a good job, but the result in the bath tub and the basement was not very good.

She is personable and a hard-worker.

She came over promptly to give me an estimate. She sent me a quote listing dates and times she would come. She generally does a good job, sometimes more detail oriented than other times She is always prompt, and hard working.

Susie, is very reliable and consistent. She does a very good job and can be trusted completely.

The whole experience was great.  My wife and I knew right away Susie was a great choice.  Immediately upon meeting her, you could tell how genuinely she enjoys cleaning.  She got into our house and immediately started inspecting everything and making notes.  We told her what we wanted cleaned and she wrote it down.  We liked her so much upon meeting here, we hired her on the spot.  For the first cleaning, she did a fantastic job.  She cleaned everywhere we expected, no items were broken, and the house smelled great.  We are excited to have her on a regular cleaning schedule.

Susie is always on time and dependable. She does a good through job and will pay careful attention to some saved if  requested. She is flexible to date changes if needed.

Susie is extremely personable and so is her assistant, Tim. They are on time and bring all of their own supplies if customer desires. They are extremely reasonable and make you feel valued as a client and the job important. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are communications through emails to insure clients will be very pleased.

They arrived on time after calling the day before to confirm. Very reasonably priced and responds well to direction.

After reading the reviews on Angies List and speaking with Susy, I was really looking forward to having her clean my home.  I sent her an email detailing some of the items to pay attention to, such as wiping down the kitchen cabinets, the glass block which is my backsplash in my kitchen, etc.  She arrived on time, but told me the "kid" she recently hired didn't show, but somehow she would get it done.  I became concerned because she kept saying "don't worry, I'll get it done".  I had the feeling she was more concerned about having to spend more time than she thought she was going to have to on a Saturday morning.  She preferred to clean with us out of the house, so my husband and I left to do errands.

I was so disappointed in the job.  It was the worst job I have had done.  Things were half wiped or missed entirely.  The cabinets weren't touched.  If she dusted, you could see where she went around things rather than move anything.  The glass block was full of water spots, the outside of the microwave and fridge handle weren't wiped.  Etc., etc.. 

She was professional enough to send me a thank you note and an email, so it's so sad that the job was poor.  I gave her my feedback and she offered to refund my money.  I told her a 50% refund would be acceptable as I had to clean for a couple of hours after she was done.  I never received that. 

I believe she does a lot of offices and perhaps in offices you do more of a cursory cleaning, but in a home, it's important to be detailed or those things will never get clean.  By the way, she commented on how tidy my home was when she arrived, so she did not have to spend a minute picking up anything. 

I guess I'll keep looking.

My only concern about filing a positive report for Susie is that she'll get too busy to fit me in on a whim!

I was very pleased with Susie.  Susie does a fantastic job of cleaning.  She is also a great communicator, friendly and reliable.  I would definitely use her again.
