Appliance Repair
There were some parts missing from the box he gave me. I had to make two trips back to the shop and I wasn't able to get anywhere with them. I paid $130 for a complete kit and didn't get all the parts. Mr. O'Neil never spoke with my wife and I the two times we were at the store. The should be responsible for selling an incomplete part they purchased from somebody else that was missing pieces instead of putting the blame on me.

"As previously stated this was a replacement part (kit) for an obsolete item which differed in appearance from the original. Due to the age of the range and complexity of the part it took several attempts to secure a proper replacement. We had the parts shipped from out of state sources, absorbing the freight costs ourselves."
