Highly recommend avoiding unless you have a 1 year timeframe for the work to get completed. When we entered into the contact we were told 4-6 weeks timeframe, 4 months later there was no work completed, 6 months later there were two sections of fence and no gates. Still chasing to get the job done. Now hiring another contractor to finish the job.....Joe seems like a nice person but has zero mentality of delivering on his word, it is not clear if he is just sooo bad at managing the business or if he just outright lies to you. Either way, does not deliver.

After the job was finally completed, it looked good and we were satisfied, until we looked closer and saw that nails had split the wood on at least 7 cross braces and one post was split. Overall, we are disappointed with our experience with Suburban.

Both fences had the same problem, the posts heaved. When I contacted the Owner of the Company and asked him to stop by and look at it, he refused to come by and would not stand behind his work. I even offered to pay for some of the cost to fix the fences and he still would not. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. GO WITH A-1 Fence...or any other Company.

The fence is beautiful. It took a little while longer to get the work done that was first scheduled, but it's great!

Great company to work with. Joe talked me through the install when we first met. He showed me where there would be some challenges and asked how I would like them resolved before even making a proposal. The cost was a bit higher than other folks I got bids from but he seemed honest and trustworthy.
The crew showed up on time and worked quickly. The fence was done in just a few days and looked great.
It has now been 2 years since the install and I am finally writing a review. The fence still looks great and I am so happy with my company choice. After some poor experiences with other contractors, I cannot say enough positive about this one.

Joe was personable and professional. He did the work in the colder weather of February and was efficient. He had used parts for the bar from other similar fences resulting in a lower price and no waiting for parts. This was acceptable to us.

Very easy to work with , trustworthy and dependable.
