Contractor required continuous follow-up and badgering to complete work once begun. Attempts to cut corners on agreed scope and quality were constant. Contractor severed underground electrical circuit and promised professional repair. Compromised circuit failed soon after, requiring tear-out of new work. Contractor was unprofessional and unreponsive. Stay away, you can do much better.
