Steem Clean as been cleaning our carpets and rugs for several years. Excellent work and fair, consistent pricing every time. After the most recent cleaning, one of the carpets showed some browning. We're not sure why. Steem Clean came out and recleaned the carpet - no charge. Then came again to do some touch up and ensure that the recleaning was satisfactory. We're very pleased and will continue to use them.

I called Gary to steam clean some furniture in my basement rec room and he scheduled me about 10 days out. On the day of service, Gary called to ask if he could come a little early which was just fine with me. He and his helper immediately went to work and the furniture looks great. My dog happened to throw up on the pillow from his bed while Gary was here (great timing) and Gary gladly steam cleaned that up for me too! The whole process took maybe 1 hour. I've hired Gary many, many times over the last 12 years or so, for carpet and upholstery cleaning. He has always been prompt, enthusiastic, flexible, very friendly, and his prices are quite fair. His work is impeccable. I highly recommend Gary and will continue to use his services for years to come!

He was brought in by my landlord to clean the carpets of the house I am renting before I moved in. I was so impressed I had him back to clean my family room furniture which smelled of dog. The two of them were in and out in a little over an hour. They thoroughly cleaned every in of my overstuffed couch, love seat, and chair including the reclining portions of all 3. Before he left I had information on how to get them dry in the shortest time and how to deal with some minor thread pulls before they got worse.

Gary was prompt in getting back to me - he was able to come out in a couple of days to clean the carpets, and did a great job. I feel that the price was quite reasonable, as well. He was recommended by my realtor, and I was quite pleased.

Steem Clean answered their phone right away and made an appointment that would work with my schedule! They arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. They were very knowledgeable about the materials the carpet and rug were made of and told me the process they would use to clean them. They will most definitely be coming back to clean my carpets, rugs and even the interior of my car.
