I had fallen behind on cleaning and felt overwhelmed by all the tasks that needed to be done. I asked Stacey for assistance, cleaning along with her- this is body doubling, a productivity technique. She came in and gave me an estimate of everything. To my surprise, she believed we could get it done in less than 2 hours and she gave me a great, fair price. The tasks that I had planned would normally take me much longer alone. With my back problems, it's hard for me to bend over so she cleaned floor boards, rail spindles, and busted my hard to reach cobwebs while I focused on vacuuming the carpets and stairs. Just when I would normally get overwhelmed and take a break, the fact that she was still cleaning helped me push through discomfort and continue cleaning. Before I knew it, we got it done in 1 hour and 45 minutes just as she said. Stacey has an amazing attention to detail and is a speedy cleaner. It helped me jump start my productivity. I'm so grateful to Stacey for the help.
