+ -1 moreThe owner framed a picture for us in Nov 2012. The price I was quoted was extremely high ($200+), but I wanted to support a local business so I agreed to it. The service was slow. She was very unresponsive. I had to email and call numerous times for a status. When I finally received the print, it was nice so I decided not to give her a bad review even though I was unhappy with the overall service. Fast forward 11 months later, and the picture is slipping from the matting. I emailed the owner twice and received no response. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service and poor quality of work completed.

+ -1 moreThis is a fantastic framing shop I've been using for years. I think it really operates by word of mouth. I heard about it from a friend. They are the most reasonably priced frame shop in Southeastern Wisconsin, from what I've been able to tell. The store isn't very glamorous but the people are very friendly, helpful, and never pushy.
Description of Work: Had an odd-sized print framed with double mattes.
