Great service and a terrific value. We got far more for our money than we would have elsewhere and the service was top notch. We had a quote for almost double from a well known area home entertainment company!

Very difficult to get owner to return calls and especially so when there are problems. Work performed had problems that weren't discovered till remodel was complete and it would require ripping into walls to fully correct. We still have problems with the system and will go elsewhere for any future upgrades/work. If you do use them, Ron is the most helpful and seemingly most knowledgeable and qualified of his employees.

My television wouldn't turn on at all and they fixed it. It was a big TV and they helped me take it to and from my car in a cart.

We are long-time customers (20 years) who expected but did not receive a competitive price, adequate demo of the sound system recommended; questions were not reasonably resolved despite repeated requests for information and/or demo. Questionably inaccurate info for a customer who was hearing impaired. The salesperson was polite but somewhat dismissive though he pursued us via phone; owner was downright rude to my spouse. Overall, a disappointing experience from a small company with what we perceived to be a good track record and every reason to cultivate our base. Competitive high end businesses did a much better job regarding price and education; Sadly to say, we got much better information, which could be independently verified, from a big-box store.

THEY CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SAY IT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF SOUND & VISUAL EQUIPMENT IS TERRIFIC, AND THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT THE RELATIVE VALUE OF DOING REPAIR. I HAVE DISCUSSED SEVERAL AUDIO & VISUAL COMPONENTS WITH RICK AND HE WAS ALWAYS TOTALLY HONEST ABOUT WHETHER THE EQUIPMENT WAS WORTH BEING SERVICED OR SHOULD BE REPLACED. I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR OVERALL SERVICE AND SALES EFFORTS. THIS IS A FINE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING PROMPT SERVICE, THEY ALSO SELL NEW EQUIPMENT AND DO NOT TRY TO OVERSELL HIGH-END PRODUCTS. RICK ASKED GOOD QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TYPE OF MUSIC I LISTEN TO, SIZE OF ROOM, ETC. VERY LOW-KEY SALES EFFORTS. GOOD PEOPLE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
