SIDELLO PROPERTY SVC INC

Contract was for 60days beginning in July 2015. I am military, so they weren't responding to emails, phone calls, were not even showing up to bank inspections. They also told me 3 times project was completed, after filing a false theft report, when no breaking and entering occurred. Refused to file under their insurance, and attempted to get me to file it under mine. In addition at the end of the project, they tried to charge me 76k, then attempted to place liens on project when city inspections hadn't been done, going over the agreed price. Even trying to remove the bank whi was financeing it from checks, trying to make me sign for payment when work was not done. David Day of Miller Public Adjusters even started sending vulgar text.

I had to get the Wisconsin DATCP (Consumer Protection) involved before Sidello Property and Miller Public Adjusters would act right. The complaint is filed  under Fille: 56640 issued to both companies. The DATCP threatened to pursue legal action.  Be careful also when doing business with Miller Public Adjusters in Wisconsin, as the State does not regulate them. They do
