Showroom Auto Detailing LLC

We picked up the car and immediately noticed that the finish on the wheels was damaged and that there was still grime on certain areas of the car.  Showroom Detai insisted that the car's wheels came in that way.  Determined to not point fingers we discussed problem with others familiar with our car, including the detailer we used before, who assured us that we were correct - the wheels were in perfect condition.  We were also told many many in the industry that the only way the finish could be damaged as it was would be use of high pressure and harsh chemicals.   My husband returned and asked one of the employees if he worked on the car - he admitted that he did and that he used a high power wash (after using it on engine) along with very harsh chemical.  We discussed with the owner who insisted that the wheels were hand washed even after we explained that his employee says otherwise.  Altogether frustrating - our pampered baby needs new wheels and we have a business who refuses ownership of his responsibility.
