Real Estate Service
We grew tired of hearing "nothing's selling" as an excuse for no offers but lots of showings. Another real estate agent at the Shorewest office held an open house, and her high heel shoes damaged our wood floor, but no apology was given, let alone an offer to help fix the damage. Despite the sale of the condo (for a loss), we were disappointed with the service from the agent at times, although the marketing by Shorewest was good. I would consider using Shorewest again, but I would choose a different agent.
