Scott is very reliable and dependable. I was very pleased with the timeliness of his crew's service also, before the cold set in.

Scott was able to come over for an estimate the same day I called. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. He also came up with a creative solution to repair my roof vent in a cost efficient manner. I will definitely be using him again.

Scott returned my call promptly, scheduled a time, called to confirm, and showed up on time with his associate, Chuck. They got right to work, tarp up and carry off-site the debris, and were nice guys on top of it all. We have a 2-story home with 2 or more steep areas and valleys. Scott has been doing everything from carpentry to remodeling for years and is very knowledgeable. He had some helpful input relative to gutter guards and his vast experience shows. I will be hiring him annually for the gutters and he will be back here for other work because I was so pleased and impressed with him and Chuck.

Scott and his partner did a great job - it was done quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up everything. While he was on the roof, he checked out a skylight that had been leaking, and caulked it, too, for no additional cost. When they were done, the only way you could tell they were here was the clean gutters!

Scott did an excellent job. He was careful to work around the plantings around shed. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The area was left neat and clean.

I rated responsiveness a B because I called and left messages three times, two on (different) weekends and one during the week, before Scott got back to me. However, when he did get back to me, he asked if it would work to come "now" (I was at work) and said it would be fine if he cleaned the gutters while I was not home and send me an invoice. I got home and there was no longer a bush growing out of my gutters (I know, I should have got them cleaned sooner) and there was no debris anywhere around the house either. I received an invoice for the agreed upon price in three business days. I have used this service twice before and I will definitely use again.

Responded quickly, did the work quickly and effectively. Used this service twice each year for the past 3 years, everytime been quite pleased. And a fair price with no surprises.

Mr. Fisher replied to my phone message promptly. He asked some questions about the job and gave me a quote over the phone, saying if the job took less time than expected, he would reduce the charges accordingly. He arrived when he said he would, along with an employee. He introduced himself and the other fellow, then got right to work. They had to struggle w/one very clogged downspout (it's been several years since the gutters were cleaned) but did get it cleared. At the end of the job, he told me that if I noticed anything was not draining properly the next time it rained, to call him back and he'd fix the problem. I was totally happy w/every aspect of the job--the price was reasonable, the work seems to have been done correctly and completely (rain is forecast for later this week, so I will see for sure then!), and both Mr. Fisher and his employee were polite and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use this service again and would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Scott was efficient and a real pro.  We will gladly use him anytime in the future.

Came out gave a price.  Did one side of the house that was full of leaves and then returned about two weeks later after the trees finally lost their leaves and did the entire house and garage.  
Gutters that I could see where completely clear and no signs of leaves being dumped onto the ground.
I won't hesitate to use Scott again for gutters or any other project.

Just like all of his previous reviews indicated, Scott was timely, totally professional, and a joy to work with. We recently moved into our new home, on a wooded lot, and the gutters were a mess.  Scott did a wonderful job, and we plan to use him again and again. Thanks, Scott!
