Overall, I was very impressed with the service. Mr. Schuster provided a free estimate. He was professional and provided me with a fair price of the overall work. He provided advice about refinishing other hardwood floor surfaces in my home. He completed all services in a professional manner. My hardwood floors look amazing. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend this service provider.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and were able to work around my schedule. They even finished a day earlier than expected. The floors turned out great and they left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

Timely bid and start; great dust control and sensitive to allergy/dust issues. Very good wood repair skill. The experience was marred by what we perceived to be contractor inflicted damage to a radiator, which started leaking immediately after they sanded in that area. The owner denied responsibility, and renegade on agreement to split repair cost. Company did not want to file an insurance claim and maintained it was not their problem. Did not follow industry standard when final coat in one room was streaked; we thought this should have been resolved in a much more timely fashion. Denied responsibility for damage to freshly painted wall. Owner and worker are courteous, civil and respectful. We are simply reluctant to use them again in the event problems would arise.
