Rutter’s Automotive Service is a team of highly skilled technicians who are committed to always putting people first by being honest, knowledgeable and understanding. I have worked in the automotive industry for twenty three years and have owned my own facility for the last ten. Rutter's Automotive is one of the best places we've taken our vehicles to.  We own a fleet of vehicles for our business and Rutter's has worked on most of them.  Chris and RJ are very easy to work with and are by far the most accommodating servicemen I've worked with in my history of taking vehicles in for service.  They are nice on the phone, friendly and professional when we drop off and pick up, and very honest about what our vehicles need.  They are centrally located in Milwaukee which makes it easy for our employees to drop off vehicles, no matter which side of town they are on.  We also just ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Rutter's for installation.  They will be installing them later this week.  They even provide us with a loaner vehicle while our's are being worked on, which makes it a very convenient experience.  If you are going to wait for your car to be worked on, they also have a pretty comfortable waiting area.  We would highly recommend Rutter's to any vehicle owner or fleet manager looking to get work done on their cars or trucks.  I could go on and on, but you just have to take your car in and check it out for yourself!!

I had a regular oil change, which I always go to Rutter's for and I told Chris that my brakes were grinding a bit. As it turned out, I needed new brakes. Chris provided a loaner car for me so he could order the parts, get the repairs done and make sure everything was good. I went in the next day to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle.  Everything was done perfectly and the service was great. I won't take our cars to anyone else. I can trust Rutter's to fix things that need fixing and NOT fix things that don't. It's not every auto service that you can depend on for that. I recommend Rutter's Automotive to all my friends, family and associates.
