It took forever to schedule - Roy's does not return phone calls when they say they will. On the first visit, I was given a verbal estimate which was not honored on the second - I was charged $35 more for the actual job for no reason I could understand. The first appointment they made to do the work, they canceled the night before. When he finally came to do the work, the plumber did not listen or measure carefully (he held new sink in his hands and kept telling me it would be "no problem", but he did not use a measuring tool), and he charged me time for his trip to Home Depot to get a part, even though he had come before to give an estimate and note what parts he needed (and he charged me $70 for that initial visit for the estimate). When the countertop installer came, it turned out that the shutoff valves had not been moved far enough after all, so the installers had to reschedule. I called Roy's while installers were still here and explained the problem, and Roy's said they would call me back, but they still haven't more than 24 hours later. I found another plumber. I ended up paying Roy's more than $300 for the two visits for zero results - I still have to pay the new plumber all over again.

Worker took many phone calls while working. Should have taken less than an hour. Ended up being over an hour. Base fee seems to depend on who you talk to as well. Expect to pay around $200 for a simple drain unclogging with Roy's. Not very impressed.

They were pretty prompt. They were on time. The guys seemed to be very knowledgeable of what they were doing.

Very professional, courteous and clean. Gave me a flat price even though the receptionist indicated charges were by the hour - which was ok with me. Did a great job cleaning up. Only thing was that he had to break the dry wall to replace the pipe, but couldn't repair it by himself. However, he gave me the contact information for a carpenter, and gave me a small break on the price. Would use him again and recommend to family and friends.

This was a water heater replacement through our HSA home warranty and Roy's did a great job. They came when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do for the price they gave us.

They were really good. It was great. I called them, and they came out quickly. There wasn't an emergency charge. They got it taken care of in fifteen minutes because they have the tools that I don't have. The job went just fine. There were absolutely no problems. The guy even showed me something that I could do to help prevent it from getting that bad in the future, which was nice. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I have used them several times. They were very good when I first started using them and then the last few times I used them I wasn't as satisfied. They were upfront before they would they would do any work. They were courteous on the phone.

I do not know very much about this company. I only used them this one particular time, so there is not much I can really say about them. The job was done correctly and I have not yet had to complain. I thought their pricing was just about as average as everyone else. Being that I only used them once, I would probably try them out a second time just to get a better feel of the company.

It has been almost two years since we had the new furnace put in and we have not had a single problem or have had to call them back at all. The man who came got rid of the old furnace and all the mess that went with it for us and was very nice. We were glad they could use the old duct work as it saved us money and time. It has been too long for me to remember the price we paid but we shopped around and his price was reasonable.

Our furnace was paid for by an energy assistance program. The unit was decided by this program. The unit is working properly. I was happy with the workers as they were polite and helpful. It all went fine. I do not know what the price was so I cannot comment about it.

My furnace works well and I have not contested any problems with it yet. Roy's is a wonderful company and they are very considerate as well. They did not try to pursue me into anything I did not want. They showed up on time, worked quickly and got the job done in a reasonable time frame. I am very happy with the work done here. I have recommended them to others. If I am confident enough to bring them back I think someone else would enjoy their services as well.

Well, I guess everything is OK. The furnace is still heating very well. Basically, all I can really say is it gives me heat. I changed the filter and that is about it. This is the first time I have ever used this company. They seem to be nice and they seem to be very well organized. They did not leave behind a mess. I suppose I can say they are an about average company.

Overall, I was satisfied with the job except for one thing. There is a lot of air coming up from the floor. I have air coming out of the piping so I need to call them to come fix that. Other than that, I thought they did a good job. They were professional, friendly and polite.

When I called this company they had no problems coming out right away. I was very pleased with the service. They made sure to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone because they were friendly and on time.
