This was a multi-faceted project and went very well with just a few minor issues. While I had a very detailed graph paper drawing of what I wanted, I failed to put a start date in the contract. So, starting was a bit later than I wanted. But, once it did, things went smoothly. The crew was very courteous & arrived in a timely manner each day. They did a beautiful job. When I had issues, they were immediately addressed. The owner showed up every day to see how things were going. My only problem was that the grass seed they used had an inordinate amount of weeds in it. I did not complain to the company about it because reseeding wasn't even in the contract. But, mostly because the rest of the job was so gorgeous. And, I could deal with the lawn myself. All in all, a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them.

They did great work and cleanup. Removed two trees and came the next day to remove the stumps.

I highly, highly recommend Rodriguez Landscaping. I was having a very hard time finding a landscaper to even give me a quote, and the one I did came back over 300% higher than what Dave ended up quoting me. When I requested the quote, the response was almost immediate and I had the quote 2 days later. The job was completed two weeks later. They resodded and slightly regraded my front lawn, did some aluminum edging and removed some plants and it looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Awesome! Dave, the Landscaping Manager was very accommodating. His team of 5 men worked very hard and fast! It is obvious they have worked together for a long time because their level of teamwork was terrific. They had all the bushes removed in less than an hour. They are very skilled in patio block cutting and placement. The patio in the front of my house and the two patios in the back connected by a walkway are beautiful! I am very happy with the work and the cost was reasonable for the quality of the work that was done. I would highly recommend Rodriguez Landscaping!

We paid $1500 down payment July 21, 2019, with promise of early August date for work. As soon as we paid the down payment and signed the contract, The owner Raul kept making excuses why he counted start. He told me he took other jobs instead of doing mine. I couldn’t believe my ears. Finally he told me one of his employees (Ex nephew in law) doesn’t like me because of old family dispute. When I told him that was MY family business. Raul said he didn’t want to do my job but wouldn’t return my $1500 down payment either. When I told him this is a business arrangement and my family business isn’t his business, he finally agreed to do my job After I literally begged him but he still kept stalling my job date. He waited until the end of OCTOBER to do the work. He doubted the seed would germinate because of cold temps so no guarantee for me. There was NO excuse for waiting until the end of October to seed a lawn. If I hadn’t allowed him to do the work then, I knew he’d never do it and lose my $1500. Raul NEVER once came to check on the job. They didn’t level the front yard as stated in contract, they used dirt that was full of old tree stumps, rock and large debris. They seeded mostly Crab Grass!!! They skimped on the seed as well. So now I have 1/3 acre of crab grass And bare spots all over. Also, when he gave me the quote he stated tax was included in the estimate. When I got the final bill, over $304.16 in tax was added. We paid it. My husband is a highly rated disabled combat veteran and we are seniors on a fixed income. I made Raul aware of that right from the start. I told him we can only afford to do this one time in our lifetime and need a good job done. He thanked my husband for his service and promised to do a great job. He is not a man of his word and very unprofessional. I had this company do work for my at our old house and they did a good job. My daughter hired them for a new lawn seeding years ago and she has the prettiest lawn in the neighborhood. That’s why I hired him. I can only conclude that my poor ugly lawn job was deliberately sabotaged by the owner of this company. We were ripped off in the worst way possible.

It went excellent...from the time Dave operations manager came to the time it was done....So pleased the crew was excellent, did exactly what I wanted with beautiful new big timbers , drop in pots plus added another small project which they took on right at the same time...everything was perfect! Wish I had more work for them but I will pass on the name!

The wall looked good when they were done. But now the blocks below the drains are crumbling severely. Since May 11, 2020, they have not responded to my telephone calls or e-mail, which included pictures of the problems. Apparently they do not stand behind their workmanship and quality of their building materials.

We had another very positive experience with Rodriguez landscaping. We had a very large silver maple near our condo that needed to be cut down, the stump ground up , removed and the landscaped leveled off, and grass seed put down. The company has 2 helpful and knowledgeable receptionist answering the phone and scheduling ( some place you have to leave a message and you never know when they will call you back ) They made scheduling much easier. Rodriguez did an awesome job. His guys cleaned up so perfectly, there was not a scrap of tree left anywhere. The grass and covering he put down was perfect, and the grass has been growing at a rapid rate. The spot where the tree was was leveled off nicely, and now the water will not drain toward the building. I highly recommend this business !

Crew were prompt, friendly and efficient. Maybe didn't measure amount of top spoil they had on the truck but it was less than 2 yards.

This is the 2nd time we've had tree trimming performed by Rodriguez Landscape Company. They are absolutely EXCELLENT. They have professional personnel that arrive on time, they take great care to protect your personal property from damage and when the work is completed they do an outstanding job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for your tree trimming needs.

The crew just left and my garden is ready for winter. They hauled away 9 bags of garden debris and leaves! My hedge is now beautifully shaped, flower beds are cleared and the patio and surrounding area are spotless. This is the 3rd year I have had this service. It is well done every time.

Fantastic communication from company. Owner personally came to home to give an estimate for fence and also provided quotes on other projects ( walkway and patio) that we are contemplating for future. A no pressure experience. Other companies provided "minimums" and were quick to tell me how the fencing job itself was too small to make sense for them financially. Mr.Rodriguez was unconcerned that my only interest at this time was the fence, and took time to walk me through different options for all of the projects along with potential price points. After signing the contract and providing a down payment, he had a crew out within 48 hours and the project was immaculately completed the same day. I will use this company every time moving forward.

good quality work

In May of this year we had a new garage built. A month after that we had a patio put in between the new garage and the house. We needed the area graded, sod laid, and some stone put in. I sat down one morning and contacted 9-12 landscaping companies for quotes. Everyone was book up. Many for the season. Rodriguez Landscaping was one of the first to respond. Their guy(can't remember his name, sorry) came out a few days later. He was polite ,and understood what we wanted. He said they could come out a week later. Hmm... why aren't they busy..... Their quote was by FAR the lowest, their reviews were outstanding. The crew came over when I was told they would be there. They were polite and professional. And they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. Care instructions for the new sod were simple to follow. Everything looks perfect. We could not be happier

Excellent work on the Spring and Fall cleanup of leaves and small branches. Arborvitaes and additional soil were well placed, but note that trees are not guaranteed. See the four shorter trees in the attached picture. Hoping our new additions will grow tall and strong! They also helped thin the invasive buckthorn trees with a combination of cutting down trees and chemical treatment. I had very specific requests about removing from different areas, and they did everything just as requested. Not the cheapest quotes we received on some of our work, but the professionalism and quality of work were worth it. We will continue to work with them for future plans.

Rodriguez Landscaping was the only landscaping company of several Milwaukee companies that we contacted to come through and not only provide an estimate for our job, but also very reasonable price and quality product. They were responsive, prompt, very courteous, helpful and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I live in SW area of Milwaukee! Upon first contact with the company, we scheduled an onsight inspection of what I needed done. Raul was very polite, got a pad of paper out to make a diagram and also spray painted a dot on areas that were to be worked on. Took a little time to get the estimate in the mail, but it was right in the price range I was willing to pay, very reasonable considering the weeds were like a jungle against the back of the house and up our planters lining the drive. Front bushes all had been grown together and needed a good trimming and shaping back into balls as they had all grown together. I needed two small trees cut down and neighbor's trees that were over growing into our yard. Got a call that he was sending over his guys. Very polite and good listeners! Went over it all again and they got right to the job at hand. I checked the bushes in the front when they were done and I was extremely elated they had done such a great job! They did everything I needed and did an excellent, more than excellent job and cleaned up the mess really well, carted off the debris, even emptied bushels my Dad had started to fill with leaves. Found my gardening utensils, too which were hidden in the weeds and nicely put them all together for me. My yard, since my dad died in May looked like **** and now looks so good, I can't believe it! I'm doing my happy dance right now! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RODRIGUEZ LANDSCAPING to everyone I know who can't do the work themselves! Experts at what they do. Do not hesitate to go with them for your projects as other companies I got quotes from were 2-3X's more expensive! Would have been an A, but a few minor points. Will water and weed and seed next spring, and see how it goes. I plan to use them again, but hope the minor issue will resolve themselves. Than you!
